<p>Descaler and Silencer or XP-2 is the expert&#39;s choice for dissolving scale and reducing overall noise in domestic central heating systems. As Descaler and Silencer works at any scale buildup, it will improve the efficiency of your boiler, and your entire central heating system too.</p> <p>How to use: Ensure you dose your system at 1%. Use 1 Litre of Silencer and Descaler to every 100 litres of water.<br /> Descaler and Silencer can remain in the central heating system for up to seven days. For use in indirect systems only.</p> <h3>Open Systems</h3> <p>With an open system, you should add Descaler and Silencer via a feed and expansion cistern using a bypass feeder or dosing vessel.</p> <h3>Sealed Systems</h3> <p>If your sealed system is full, you should inject Descaler and Silencer through the filling loop or alternatively, any other appropriate access point.<br /> If your system is empty, simply add the Descaler and Silencer wherever is convenient. Once in your system, you may proceed to fill with water.</p> <h3>Exposure Controls</h3> <p>Avoid all unnecessary exposure. Wear protective gloves, appropriate mask and chemical goggles or saftey glasses.</p>
