At PHC, our pledge is to supply the right part, first time, every time.

In order to do this we often ask for multiple pieces of information for the appliance the part is required for. With so many models of appliances sharing very similar names and references, it is very easy to select an incorrect model which may use different parts. An example of this is the Worcester Greenstar boilers – there are well over 100 different models with this name. Therefore without accurately identification of the appliance you are working on, the risk of obtaining an incorrect part considerably increases.

The information below provides a guide of the typical information we require to correctly identify the part required. Please note, in some instances further information may be required in addition to this.
