Product Description
This is the Robokit Compact Plus from Altecnic, which contains all the essential components required for a sealed system installation. A sealed system kit comprising: expansion vessel with 10 litre capacity, WRAS Approved filling loop, safety relief valve, pressure gauge, integral mounting bracket and assembly connector allowing left or right installation on the system.
Set contains:
- Safety relief valve complete and 15mm compression outlet connection
- WRAS Approved Filling Loop with braided hose
- Double check valve with integral ball isolating valve
- Isolating valve
- Pressure gauge
- Assembly connector with five tappings for direct system connection via a 15mm nut and olive cone and connection for the expansion tank

Expansion vessels are water storage tanks which protect heating and hot water systems from excessive pressure, as the system pressure builds as the water is heated. Within a pressure vessel is a rubber diaphragm (membrane) behind which a volume of air is contained, on the other side of the membrane is the system water. As the water heats and expands, the air is compressed, allowing the system pressure to safely increase within risk of burst pipework or appliances.
