<p>Rapid Cleanser or XP-5 is the expert&#39;s choice for removing sludge, flux, debris and scale from your system, restoring system effeciency.</p> <p>Rapid Cleanser is designed to work exceptionally well with a Powerflushing machine, but works well without, too. Contains flocculents, to stop particles from sticking by keeping them in suspension. This ensure that any particles are removed with ease when the system is drained. Can be left in your system indefinitely, but draining your system is recommeded.</p> <p>Ensure you dose your system at 1%. Use 1 Litre of Rapid Cleanser to every 100 litres of water. Systems with high levels of contaminant may require more to be applied.</p> <p>Make sure to leave all valves open, and allow Rapid Cleanser to circulate the system with the pump at maximum flow at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Finish circulating when system performance is restored. If using a Powerflushing Machine with Rapid Cleanser, always be sure to follow the OEM instructions. Finish by treating the system with Expert Range Corrosion Inhibitor.</p> <h3>Open Systems</h3> <p>With an open system, you should add Rapid Cleanser via a feed and expansion cistern using a bypass feeder or dosing vessel.</p> <h3>Sealed Systems</h3> <p>If your sealed system is full, you should inject Rapid Cleanser through the filling loop or alternatively, any other appropriate access point.<br /> If your system is empty, simply add the Rapid Cleanser wherever is convenient. Once in your system, you may proceed to fill with water.</p> <h3>Exposure Controls</h3> <p>Avoid all unnecessary exposure. Wear protective gloves, appropriate mask and chemical goggles or saftey glasses.</p>
