Coronavirus Update - 26th March 2020
Firstly, we would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during these difficult times.
All PHC Parts branches remain open, albeit with reduced staffing levels, so please bear with us if our service temporarily slips below its usual high standards.
Our trade counter and showroom doors remain closed, however customers can continue to collect materials from the designated areas outside our branches.
Branch opening hours remain the same (Monday – Friday 07:30 to 17:00 in most cases, with Bristol branch open 07:30 to 19:00), however all branches will be closed this Saturday 28th March. Please continue to check our opening times here for up to date information.
We ask customers travelling to branches to please call ahead, as this enables us to pick and pack your orders before you arrive, reducing any potential delays when you arrive. Additionally, we encourage customers to email any non-urgent enquiries or utilise the live chat facility on this website.
We have staff working remotely who are monitoring branch mailboxes and can respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
Our local delivery services remain operational and continue to be made in a safe manner, observing our social distancing protocols.
We also continue to ship mail order deliveries to business and home addresses, as well as local collection points located throughout the UK.
For any customers who are struggling to source essential PPE such as hand sanitiser, FFP2 and FFP3 face masks and protective gloves etc. please contact your local branch manager as we do have stock available to support your operations.

Coronavirus Update - 24th March 2020
All PHC branches remain open today, however we do have reduced numbers of staff working. We are asking customers to email their enquiries to us where possible, as we have a number of staff who are working remotely and can respond more quickly. We will endeavour to return as many missed calls as we can, but please bear in mind that this may not be immediately.

Coronavirus Update - 23rd March 2020
To safeguard our customers and staff, we're making some temporary changes to the way products can be collected from our branches.
With effect from Tuesday 24th March, a new "drive-through" collection service will be in place, which will help to ensure the appropriate social distancing, thereby keeping everyone safer.
We politely request that wherever possible, customers call ahead before visiting our branches, to enable our staff to prepare your orders. Any customers who need to pay for orders can do so over the phone, ahead of collection. This will help protect everyone's health, and at the same time supplement a speedy and efficient service.
Following input from our Branch Managers, and considering the physical characteristics of our our buildings, we outline the processes below.

NB: This temporary service is subject to change as the situation develops and/or official advice is updated.
Following Prime Minister Johnson's statement this evening, we have also taken the decision to limit the number of staff working in branch to a minimum - please bear with us if our service levels slip below their usual high standard during this time.

Coronavirus Update - 20th March 2020
We have been constantly monitoring the threat posed by the COVID-19 virus in the UK and across the world - our priority remains the safety, health and welfare of our staff, customers and supply chain partners.
We intend to continue to support and sustain our valued customers, where it is safe to do so, whilst ensuring all official advice and guidance is strictly adhered to. As such, our branches currently remain open for business with all customer services fully functioning.
www.phc.parts and www.fireboxstoves.co.uk remain up and running and our Bristol distribution centre is still opening to 7pm Monday to Friday. Our finance and admin team continue to be contactable on 02920 370649 and via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our working processes have been adjusted with many staff now working remotely. Those staff identified as having pre-existing health conditions or suspected symptoms have now also self-isolated. At this time we have no confirmed cases of the virus among our employees.
We are taking care to protect staff and customers throughout our branches, with measures implemented including regular cleaning of all frequented areas and surfaces, hand sanitiser on our trade counters and in our showrooms, and demarcation lines to encourage appropriate distancing, to name but a few.
Strong emphasis remains on the importance of regular hand washing, the use of tissues and avoiding touching our faces, together with advice on identification of Coronavirus symptoms.
We are yet to experience any interruption to the supply of products and remain well-stocked throughout our branch network. Our parcel couriers continue to provide deliveries 7 days a week throughout the UK, as do deliveries by our own vehicles. For emergency delivery requirements, the PHC Now! rapid response service is still available from Bristol and Cardiff branches.
